If you're unsure when your order will be sent out, how to track your order, or what method we're using to ship your items, we've made things easy by breaking it all down here! General
We offer a lot of different products like wheels, tires, packages, suspension, lights, lugs, cleaning products - the list goes on! We take pride in our wide selection of options for enthusiasts but this also leads to different shipping methods with different types of packaging that lead to varying prep times for each shipment. Our team is working to get your order shipped out and we'll email you tracking as soon as it's available.
Guaranteed Shipments
Our guaranteed shipping date feature gives enthusiasts peace of mind in knowing exactly when their orders will be shipped. To determine whether or not the products you want to order have a guaranteed shipping date, look for the blue shopping cart icon that says "Guaranteed Quick Delivery".
Although we cannot guarantee shipping dates for every single wheel, tire, and suspension product we have, we're proud to offer this on over half our products!

Wheel Only or Tire Only Shipments
If you ordered only wheels or only tires, your shipment should be sent out pretty quickly. We will process, prepare, and ship your order out as quickly as possible. These types of shipments will sometimes be sent directly to you from the manufacturer to get your items delivered to you right away.
Wheel and Tire Packages
A full wheel and tire package will take a slightly more time before leaving our warehouse. This is due various factors including mounting and balancing your order or shipping items into our warehouse when they aren't available in our direct stock.
Made to Order
We offer a selection of made to order wheels that the manufacturer will start forging from scratch once the order has been submitted. This leads to longer wait times to complete your custom wheels. These made to order wheels will have the typical wait time shown on the item page itself similar to the picture below.

International Orders
Our listings include free shipping to the contiguous United States but we also offer worldwide shipping at an additional cost. International orders will sometimes require a bit more time in our warehouse depending on how it is being shipped and the schedule of the shipper but we are working to quickly fulfill your order. Please note that our international shipping rates do not include duty or border fees.
Backorders
We have developed direct relationships with manufacturers over the years which allows us to secure positions for future stock. These items are backordered nationwide as we deal directly with the manufacturer to reserve backordered items and secure the next available item once more are available.
The typical backorder only lasts around 4-6 weeks but wait times vary. The majority of manufacturers are able to provide more items within this 4-6 timeframe but it sometimes takes longer depending on things like the manufacturing schedule and demand for the product.
If you'd like to update your order to an available item, reach out to us using the Contact Us Page (topic Backorders) with your invoice number and link to the item you'd like to switch to so our team can help you out.
You can find all of your order information, including tracking details, on your order Tracking Page.
Once everything is packaged and sent out, we'll update the order status to "Shipped" and update the order with tracking information as soon as it is available. If you have multiple packages, we'll update your page with each separate tracking number To track your order:
- Visit Tracking Page and enter the email address associated with your order
- Go to the order you want to track and click Order Details / Track Item
- Click the Track Package button to see the tracking details for your package
It is normal for an order to be marked as shipped with the tracking number uploaded to the tracking page a couple days after. Freight companies work a little differently than companies like UPS Ground and their tracking information is input manually. As soon as our team has the tracking, your order will be updated.
Tracking details will be uploaded to your order page shortly. If this is a freight shipment, the shipper will call you once the order arrives at your local delivery terminal to set up an appointment before attempting delivery!
Why has only part of my order shipped?
Depending on the items, we will sometimes ship an order in multiple packages. You can find your tracking information on your order page. We ship this way to get your entire order to you as quickly as possible. For example, the manufacturer might ship a set of wheels directly to you with our warehouse sending out the accessories instead of wasting time shipping the wheels to our warehouse and then back out to you with the accessories in one shipment.
How do I update my shipping address?
We should be able to update your shipping address as long as your order has been placed recently. If your order is further along into the packaging and shipping process, it may be too late to update your shipping address information.
To update your shipping address:
- Visit our Contact Us Page
- Select Order Support > Order Change
- Fill out the form including your Order Number, new shipping address (including business name if applicable) and proof of ID
- Submit the form
Once submitted, one of our team members will look into updating your shipping address if it hasn't shipped.
If your order has already shipped out and is showing movement, you will have to reach out directly to the carrier in order to change your shipping address. Please keep in mind that the shipper may charge a fee in order to update your shipping address on a package already in transit.
What should I expect with my delivery?
Ground
Smaller shipments like wheels only, smaller tires, and accessories will be shipped via UPS or FedEx ground shipping. These will arrive on your standard UPS or FedEx truck and they do not require a signature at delivery.
Freight
Bigger shipments like wheel and tire packages, large tires, etc, will be shipped out via freight shipping. The shipper will call you once the order arrives at their local delivery terminal to set up an appointment before attempting delivery!
Please note that some freight shipments will be dropped off without signature but others will require a signature on delivery. If your shipment does not require a signature, we will notify you beforehand so you can be ready to accept your shipment.
Lift gates are not included in delivery. The package can be broken down and inspected while unloading each tire by rolling it off the delivery truck individually. If you do require a lift gate, please reach out to us using the Contact Us Form and we can confirm pricing with the freight company for this additional service.
USPS
Finally, very small shipments will be sent out through standard USPS. This would be for lug only shipments or TPMS only shipments. This delivery does not require a signature.
Can I ship my order to a PO address?
We are unable to ship items to PO Boxes unless it is only a smaller item like clothing or only lugs. If you provide a PO Box address for a wheel, tire, or suspension order, one of our experts will be reaching out to you to update your shipping address.
Do you ship to APO or FPO military addresses?
APO/FPO/DPO: We will work with you to try and set up shipping but we can only ship to these types of addresses on a case by case basis. Additional shipping charges apply to anything shipped outside of the US (lower 48)
