Shipping damage

2019 Ram 1500 4WD

The wheels were very nice. I bought wheels only and the first time they were shipped, they were shipped 4 separate boxes. The boxes were beat up and 3 of the 4 wheels were damaged. The second time they(3 wheels) were on a pallet but one of them was damaged and they were not ceramic coated. Third time I got a good wheel. First shipment was UPS and came from Custom Offsets and didn't require signature. The second and third shipments were Fedex and had to be sined for. Ended up going to pick up at terminal. Customer service was great from Custom Offsets. If buying, request palletized shipping.

Shipping
We ship to the Lower 48 states for the advertised price. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing, packaging, & shipping. We can ship world-wide for an additional charge. Contact Us for international shipping rates. The buyer is responsible for all fees and paperwork above and beyond standard freight charges.

Delivery Inspection (Damage)

  1. For freight delivery, be sure to inspect every piece BEFORE signing any documents. If damaged, please make sure to make full notes on delivery paperwork before signing.

  2. UPS/FedEx ground shipments do not require a signature. Inspect the products as quickly as possible and follow up with us if necessary

  3. Notify us within 5 business days of receiving the order if any damage is found after delivery.

Cancellations, Returns, & Order Changes
Cancellations, returns, and changes are subject to a restocking fee (up to 30%), unless the mistake is ours. All items require approval prior to returning and must be in new condition. For our full Cancellation & Return Policy, visit our FAQ Page.

For orders outside of the US lower 48, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs for repacking, pickup, and transportation of the return.


Warranty
All wheels and tires carry a full manufacturer's warranty. The buyer is responsible for return shipping and a restocking fee (at the manufacturer's discretion) if returning without a warranty claim or a defect/quality issue. If youd like to start a warranty claim, visit our Warranty Center.
