Artisa Elder
Starting off the list is the Artisa Elder. Artisa ArtFormed wheels feature true directional designs, lighweight construction, and clearance for big brakes which makes them perfect for higher performance models like the Volkswagen Golf GTI and Golf R.
The Elder is the flagship wheel model in Artisa's lineup and features a multi-spoke Deco Directional design and a billet aluminum center cap that makes the entire wheel look and feel way more expensive than it is. If you want an aggressive-looking, lightweight wheel, the Artisa Elder sits among some of the greatest wheels currently on the market.
I actually run these wheels on my personal 2016 VW GTI and have been incredibly impressed with the quality of the Elder. The finish is beautiful and I couldn't believe how light the wheels were when I took them out of the box. I'm beyond blown away with my Artisa Elders.

Rotiform RSE
We can't talk about wheels and Volkswagens without mentioning Rotiform. This is the brand that nearly every Volkswagen owner has considered when buying aftermarket wheels. Why? Well, Rotiform has a wide range of wheels in the 5x112 bolt pattern and somehow, they always end up looking good on just about any Volkswagen platform.
The RSE is one of their most popular models, for good reason. This multi-spoke wheel boasts a design that looks good on both track and show setups. This is a wheel that will likely look good on your VW no matter what direction you plan to go with your build.

F1R F29
Another directionally designed wheel, the F1R F29 is an entry-level wheel that a lot of VW enthusiasts run thanks to its low cost and wide range of finishes. The wheel also has a lot of rigid accents on the spokes that give each spoke a lot more depth.
F1R has been a very popular wheel company this year and the F29 is easily one of their most popular models. Coming in black, gold, silver, and hyperblack finishes, the F1R F29 can compliment just about any build.

Konig Ampliform
One of the most well known names in the wheel industry, Konig offers an absolutely massive range of wheel models but the Ampliform is the one that continues to find its way onto Volkswagens.
This wheel looks like it's ready to take on the track of fit in at the next car show with ease. The Ampliform can be had in a Bronze or Gold finish, maintaining that racing focused styling.

Aodhan AH-X
Last, we have the Aodhan AH-X. This is one of Aodhan's newest models and features a simple, clean, double 7-spoke design. I actually had the Aodhan AH-X on my GTI before I switched to the Artisa Elder.
The AH-X was the first set of aftermarket wheels I had on any car I've owned. I searched for weeks to find the right set for my GTI and as soon as I saw the AH-X, I had to have it.
For the price, the build quality of these wheels is really nice and the AH-X in particular looks very aggressive when compared to other Aodhan models.
